"Once a woman hits 50, they're body does a lot of changing, they don't sometimes realize like I didn't, the different symptoms. We do have different symptoms than men have with heart disease, and a lot of times for many years it was overlooked by the doctors. Have your check ups, especially the women, especially if they get in the 50 age area. Make sure you have a stress test, watch what you eat, you know too much fast food, definitely should exercise, that I have to do a little more myself, you know you get lax, start feeling good, you get lax. The main thing is to take care of yourself, you know your body, and you know if you feel something that's different, and you should follow through."
